Quality Policy

Our quality initiatives cover all aspects including product quality, operational quality, environmental quality and service quality to its customers.

We focus on quality in every single area from safety at the work place to the safe delivery of our products to our customers.

The results are evident in that Pharmagen has been able to become a prime supplier of its APIs to multinational and national pharmaceutical companies in a short period of time and has been able to retain the loyalty of its customers due to consistent quality of its products and services.

Therefore, every product is produced strictly according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Current Good Laboratory Practice (CGMP and CGLP). To achieve this:

  • Pharmagen's own laboratory is well equipped for testing of raw materials, products and in-process checks.
  • All operations are carried out according to written standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Validated Procedures are in place for testing/monitoring of all raw materials, products, in process checks which are implemented meticulously.
  • Specifications of all the raw materials used in all the processes are well defined against which the raw materials are tested. Similarly every batch of product is tested against its strict specifications.
  • Stability for each product is carried out before starting it's commercial production or implementing any change in the process / procedure. Sample batches from normal production are subjected to stability studies as per well defined procedures.
  • Quality Control testing of each batch and compliance with latest requirements of BP and USP Pharmacopoeias is conducted.
  • The company has well defined change control and OOS procedures.
